Active Older Adult (AOA) class is designed to promote physical fitness, social engagement, and overall well-being among seniors. These sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week and classes typically include a variety of activities tailored to different fitness levels, such as:
Aerobic Exercises: Low-impact cardio workouts to improve heart health and endurance.

- Strength Training: Exercises using light weights or resistance bands to build muscle and maintain bone density. 
- Flexibility and Balance: Activities like yoga or tai chi to enhance mobility and prevent falls. 
- Social Interaction: Opportunities for participants to connect and engage with peers, fostering community and support. 
Feel free to join us: Bring small weights, 1-3 pounds, and a resistance band if you have one.
Come when you can! There is no cost to participate, but free will donations are gratefully accepted. As a nonprofit, donations help us keep the lights on and the doors open for activities such as this.
