Dear Jack, Dear Louise Comes to EAC

Evansville Arts Coalition is pleased to welcome Lakes Area Theatre to Evansville Art Center to presents Dear Jack, Dear Louise by Ken Ludwig on Sunday, August 30 at 2:00 p.m.

Inspired by the real-life courtship of playwright Ken Ludwig’s parents, this heartfelt romantic comedy follows Jack, an Army doctor stationed far from home during World War II, and Louise, an aspiring actress in New York City. What begins as a simple exchange of letters grows into something witty, tender, unexpected, and deeply moving.

Filled with humor, hope, longing, and connection, Dear Jack, Dear Louise is a beautiful story about two people finding each other across the miles during an uncertain time.
