Community Movie Night

Join us for Community Movie Night on Saturday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. at EAC. The 1921 movie, The Kid , starring Charlie Chaplin, will be shown.

Yes!! Charlie is making his debut at the Evansville Art Center!

Join us for Charlie Chaplin Movie Night—a classic film, a little popcorn, and plenty of laughs!

Chaplin's first full-length feature is a silent masterpiece about a little tramp who discovers a little orphan and brings him up but is left desolate when the orphanage reclaims him. Chaplin directed, produced and starred in the film, as well as composed the score.

Come settle in, bring a friend, and enjoy a night with one of the originals of comedy. Sometimes the classics really are the best! We’ll provide the popcorn.

This is open to members and non-members alike! There is no charge for this event. Donations are always gratefully accepted.

Doors open a 6:30 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7:00 p.m. Come, join the fun of watching a great film together!

Popcorn + Charlie Chaplin + Community = a pretty good night!
