Crochet and Knit with Purpose

The Crochet and Knit Club is a once a month get-together for all things to do with yarn. The Evansville Arts Center Knit & Crochet Club brings creativity and community together for a meaningful purpose. Members will create handmade items that are donated to patients receiving care at area dialysis and cancer centers. Through each piece, the group uses their talents to offer warmth, comfort, and a reminder that someone in their community is thinking of them.

Crafters and artists may also come with their current projects to share and hang out, while anyone from the community is able to learn from those gathered that day.

There is no charge to attend. We welcome donations of yarn, knitting needles and crochet hooks.
