Join Lyssa Lovejoy for an engaging and hands-on 1.5-hour workshop focused on improving balance, confidence, mobility, and overall stability for everyday life. While many know Lyssa through her artwork and community leadership, she has also spent more than three decades in the health and wellness industry, working extensively with mobility, stability, functional movement, and confidence-building through exercise and education.

This workshop is designed to help participants better understand:

·  Why balance changes as we age

·  Common causes of falls and instability

·  Simple exercises to improve strength and coordination

·  Mobility techniques for safer movement

·  How posture, core strength, and confidence all work together

·  Practical movements you can safely do at home

Participants will also experience:

·  Basic balance and mobility testing

·  Guided hands-on exercises

·  Functional strength movements

·  Tips for improving confidence with walking, stairs, and daily activities

·  Education in a welcoming, judgment-free environment

Whether you are looking to stay active, regain confidence, help a loved one, or simply move better, this workshop is built for real-life application and all fitness levels.

·  Non-Members: $10
